RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Products Eligible for Return

  1. Defective or Damaged Products

    • Manufacturing defects (broken clasps, loose stitching, holes, tears, incorrect sizing)
    • Shipping damage
    • Items that don't match the description
  2. Order Errors

    • Wrong product, size, or color received
  3. Change of Mind (excluding underwear)

    • Bras, sleepwear, robes, and accessories may be returned if unworn with original tags and hygiene liners intact

Products NOT Eligible for Return

For hygiene and health reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear (panties, thongs, briefs)
  • Opened or used intimate products
  • Items without original tags or hygiene liners
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Original tags and hygiene liners intact
  • Free from perfume, makeup, or any signs of wear

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us first at info@dirtygirllingerie.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions (24-48 hours)
  4. Do not send returns without prior authorization

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping for change of mind or wrong size
  • We pay return shipping if the product is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Dirty Girl is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

What You'll Receive Back:

✅ Refunded:

  • Product price
  • Taxes paid
  • Original shipping cost (only if the error was ours)

❌ Non-Refundable:

  • Return shipping costs (unless product was defective/wrong)
  • Original shipping costs (for change of mind returns)
  • PayPal processing fees

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

  1. Return the original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

Defective or Damaged Items - Special Process

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@dirtygirllingerie.com with photos
  2. We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  3. Choose between full refund or free replacement
  4. Expedited processing within 3-5 business days

International Orders

  • Same 14-day return period applies
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs (unless defective/error)
  • Refunds issued in USD
  • Customer responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returns
