At Dirty Girl, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Please review our return policy below.
⏱️ Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange
Items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging attached
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
❌ NOT Eligible for Return
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimate apparel that has been opened, worn, or washed
- Intimate toys and wellness products (once packaging is opened)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
🔄 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@dirtygirllingerie.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return shipping instructions
- Ship the item(s) back to us securely
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
🔁 Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping)
